Product is great but packaging is bad. I bought 3 at different times first arrived slightly demanged 2nd was good third came badly damaged and I'm not able to use . I sent a message to yr company but no one has contacted me as I would like a replacement of the plastic that holds the gadget on the wall. I have sent in my letter to yr company pictures showing the demange but no one has come back to me about a replacement . I will appreciate some customer support please

The roll holder arrived after 2.5 weeks in a bulk order via DHL. When I got it out of the package I thought oh my goodness, what kind of rubbish is that...big band stuff at its best...totally unstable and looks accordingly...there is a reel seat here that looks But plastic is probably more useful... A normal kitchen roll from Lidl just fits on top. I would advise against buying it!!!

Contrary to what I have seen on the comments, the standard roll of paper towel is not suitable for this small model, I had to untwist by heating the angled part of the end with a blowtorch so that my roll is retained on the horizontal part, it is to put in a leisure vehicle, so it has to hold while driving. It is fortunately remediable if you are a handyman.
