Hi Joom Team Installed 24 hours without load paper roll, placed on the holder and the roll with the cross holder was in the sink. One of these should at least be soldered. Please send a replacement. Kind regards, Wolfgang Völksen

The article arrived defective. The paper towel holder is not stable. It was damaged on the way to me because it was not packed in a box, but only in a plastic bag, or it was sent in such a condition.

Connection of two metal tube parts are wobbling, just pressed, not welded. Actually, it can be disassembled by hand with not so much force. But it will hold paper towels, I suppose.

Great product. Completely steel structure. Very resistant adhesive. Trendy. I recommend the purchase.
