Product usage: Adults & Children (4 years and older): 1 teaspoon daily. 1-3 years old: 1/4 teaspoon daily. If you want to further strengthen your immunity, ages 12 and older can take 1 teaspoon twice a day. Shake well before taking. Keep refrigerated after opening.
