Product usage: Ages 4 and older: 1 teaspoon daily. Ages 1 to 3: 1/4 teaspoon daily. If additional care is needed, adults (age 12 and older) can take 1 teaspoon twice daily. Before use Shake well. Keep refrigerated after opening.
