Mode of application:
1. Mix 2 tbsp. seasonings, 4 tbsp. lime juice, 3 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp. azhgona, salt to taste and water to a paste.
2. Apply the paste on 500 g of any fish, leave for 30 minutes until absorbed.
3. Heat up a small amount of oil and start frying the fish.
4. Serve with fried curry leaves and lemon wedges.
