Cooking method:
Soak 200g chickpeas in water. Heat 50 g of edible oil in a frying pan, fry 120 g of chopped red onion until golden brown. Add 2 chopped tomatoes (120 g) and stir. Then add 20 g Chana Masala, 1 tsp. salt and chickpeas. Mix for 5 minutes, then add 800 ml of water and ½ tsp. soda, bring to a boil and cover, simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.
