I reported to customer service because the watch arrived with a fault, there are times when it starts and then stops, customer service seems to not believe my claim and asked me for a video as evidence, before I send them photos, now a video to make sure I'm telling the truth. The watch arrived with problems, and I want the money back or they send me another one, and another thing, what should I do to return the product?

Anyone expecting an automatic watch - hands off!!! Despite a lot of movement, the work stops after the night (quiet time).. That's only about 20 hours at a time. Not more!
