This new model offers a wide range of sound-making capabilities, literally covering everything from “A to Z.”
Featuring an original body shape, an alder body, an Estec-treated roasted maple neck and fingerboard, a neck design slightly thicker than conventional models, and an oil finish for easy playability. The neck thickness is designed to be comfortable for those who find Ibanez's thin necks challenging.
Features include GOTOH Magnum Lock Tuners, a synchronized tremolo, stainless steel frets, contoured body and spherical neck joint finish, and glow-in-the-dark side position marks—all meticulously crafted to prioritize modern playability.
The pickup is a custom-made AZ pickup developed in collaboration with Seymour Duncan. Designed to retain the cleanliness of the original sound even when distorted, the output is intentionally kept low, with a focus on picking responsiveness and reproduction accuracy.
With a mini switch for power tap mode and a 5-way switch, this versatile guitar offers 10 different sound variations despite having two humbuckers.
