The rug/matt/runner is very thin. There is no mentioned of the thickness of it on the advert. Joom DOES NOT accept returns unless you pay for a tracking back to China you will never receive a refund. The quality is GREAT, but far to thin to be practical. This is my first time and LAST time using Joom because of the VERY poor customer service I have received. TEMU here I come. Also not there is not an option on here to rate Joom as a company only the product you have purchased.

The rug is very nice. But my question is, why do they put it in a long corridor and they don't define the length? I say to be a buyer for the first time. It turns out that I bought it thinking that it covered the long corridor and it turned out to be a little bit. Very badly done on their part. They should explain what size it covers. I thought it was longer if not I wouldn't buy it. Thanks joom.

The product is quite thin quality/price. The colors really look like in the picture ie fb. I washed it in the machine and it didn't get damaged and the colors didn't disappear either. It stayed the same, which is a strong point + cleaning which again is very easy, exactly as in the description. The only drawback is the thickness, otherwise it's super OK. Thank you!!!
