The box of the product arrived a bit smashed plus when I opened the box a crucial piece of the mechanism fell of. It’s not closing properly so I won’t use it either way .. the price of it is small don’t know if it makes sense to ask for a refund. The idea of the product is good but the plastic quality is bad.. sorry
The phone tag that I received is very bad quality, not as described, it looks like it’s used already and scratched everywhere, I want my money back or a replacement with a new one! Pics attached as soon as opened!
