Sorry to be writing a poor review on a product. This is a first. I am just a little disappointed after waiting so long for the collar to arrive. (5-7weeks) to be fair though I do live the other side of the world. However, there are two options of the colour blue to pick from, a baby and a royal, I chose the baby. Also, after previously ordering a similar/the same style collar from a different supplier a while back in a M, this came up slightly tight on my medium/large size dog, so naturally I ordered the large. Sadly as you can see by the picture I have uploaded, both my wishes were not fulfilled. The collar is even smaller than the Medium previously sent, even the neckerchief perimeter. As for the strap itself, it is slightly too tight on the first whole. 😞 I will try not to make all negative out of it though! X-mas is on its way! & I have plenty of cute fury friends to wrap for! 🤗😅😘

Encore se foular réglable reçue pa de la bonne couleur que j ai commander sur ma commande, je l est commander en rose foncé fuchsia et je le reçoie en rose très claire que j ai pa commander encore, et C est pa normal et on peut pa vous faire confiance décidément, cela se produit trop trop souvent, le collier est aussi trop grand !! Je vous demende encore rembourssement immédiat car il me reste encore sur l est bras, je suis très colère, dans l attente d une réponsse favorable, vous souhaite une bonne journée, cordialement md soleilhac Nadège orange France, ci joint photo à l appuis ci dessous. Très mécontent, pas du tout la couleur commandée !!😡😡 Le service client m'a envoyé un mail pour me demander pourquoi je n'étais pas satisfait, c'était un problème de couleur , mon achat a été intégralement remboursé !! Merci joom 👍👍👍👍
