The item took longer than expected, although it was nothing I was in a hurry to receive. I have already posted the reason why I rejected it elsewhere. Basically the colour we expected was grey, matching a piece of furniture in the house and not blue. The reason I have to contact them again is to find out how to return the item. Another thing I don't agree with is that in the package I received, in addition to my name and home address, which is normal, they also show my email and phone number. In the product review (mandatory to be able to add the comment) I do not value the quality, which does not have to be bad, it is just that it is not what was expected.
