I've been trying to return it since it arrived but it's very complicated at JOOM. I still don't have a return label and I don't know if returns are chargeable. I will no longer order from this site even if they respond kindly. Returns are OK for 30 days, I'm afraid 😱 that it will drag on for too long and I'll have to keep it
