I am very dissapointed with this product! It should be metal and not plastic! How am I supposed to cook burgers in a pan with a piece of plastic?! This destroys the plastic part and my pan at the same time! This is a product for my garbage can, but certainly not for cooking! I used up my bonus points for nothing! If I had known that, I would have used my hard-earned points for something better! This is misleading when the product you are promoting is a case for my trash can! I've been a customer of yours for so long, I've gotten something wrong, or I haven't received a delivery at all! But I've never received a part for my garbage can! Please give me at least my points back!

I expected a flat surface to push the meat into the form holder. It's actually slightly hollow, and this is required since it doesn't cover the whole size of the form holder (0.5 cm of the diameter not covered). It should still work ok (will try soon), maybe a bit harder to clean, we'll see. Strange design, but heh, should work anyway.

Well it's plastic, the press itself and it's solid, but it doesn't have the diameter to press a steak correctly, you can see it in the photo, if it's for a hurry, do it well, do it, but hey, it should have had the diameter be the same as the base but again for the price it does its job
