I ordered the shade net 2x3. My terrace has an opening of 1.80 x 2.70 cm. Would be perfect. Unfortunately, the net is 1.90 x 2.60 cm. The reason for this is that it is patched together from 3 pieces. Simply tied together with threads vertically and horizontally. The network has become smaller. Holes remained when tying the pieces together. See pictures. How do you come up with the idea of sending something like this to the customer? That is trash. Unfortunately, it only became visible after assembly. Awaiting resolution of the issue. Either money back or proper delivery. Summer will be over soon. Wait another month? Shame on this quality. It's garbage. The mesh is made up of 3 pieces. Holes vertically and horizontally. Due to the binding of the pieces, the size has decreased. Instead of 2x3 m, they sent 1.90 x 2.60. Or money back or give what was ordered. This product and this quality, impudence towards the customer.
I am unable to work out how to return my order because the website is so bad. I ordered a 3m x 5m netting and the wrong size has arrived. I have been delivered 3m x 4m. How do I contact you?? When you send me an email verification code...it's marked 'not valid or incorrect' Can you send me the correct size please!
It's great for a mesh fence. I highly recommend it! ! ! A photo of the net I bought 2 years ago. The net on the right was damaged by strong winds, so I bought a new one.
Was a repeat order, is unobtrusive, easy to use and serves its purpose. It's perfect for a children's playground in my garage.
