good firm hold . When using the Velcro, be careful that the end is not "rolled up" at first I thought the Velcro would not hold ADDENDUM after intensive use (almost every day at work) you get the rubber bands, although they are slightly tired, but they are still very stable and the velcro fastener is great, like on the first day, VERY recommendable
