Hi I received it Friday morning around 10:00 hours on the 20th Oct. For 2 whole days could not connect it to my phone. Very disappointing. Two whole days, only to find out that it loses its connection and won't sync. Asks to install again and again I uninstalled and reinstalled, enabled Bluetooth and rebooted, GPS is on, rebooted the watch. Repeatedly. I gave up. If I could give negative stars I would.👎👎👎👎👎 Don't waste your time. I don't know if it's the device or maybe the DayBand app. great app if you want more frustration in your life. This app or the watch is not working well. The fitness watch is nice, but the app doesn't work well. Eventually Sunday the 22nd Oct 2023 at around 23:00 hours the thing decided to connect and detect my device. Now it works fairly OK. It does not show the temperature on the main screen. It is not the colour I ordered (chaki, instead of green) I had to recharge it after 36 hours of continuous use. For sure it's battery does not last 6-7 days as stated in the advert. Last battery charge effected 22nd Oct. 23:30. Check the video to see the consupmtion of energy until a while ago. Joom support team, has arranged for a refund, which is already received.
Nice smart band, for the price you can't complain, I'll test it first and then see. 10/09/21 update, have had the clock for 8 months now, initially worked fine but now it won't toggle.
It does not meet all the specifications, it is very difficult to access the menu, it is very difficult to remove the bracelet to access the USB charging port, a bad product, I regret having bought it
Small price for a first-class watch does what it should, the app that goes with it is great and the battery has lasted for over a week and is only a bar gone
