Directions for use:
• Take the contents of one Daily Serving (1 pack containing 15 g powder plus 1 capsule from the blister) before or with a meal once every day.
• For this, dissolve the powder in 150-200 ml of non-carbonated water and take it together with the probiotic capsule from the blister pack.
