Dear Sir, I received the product, I tried to shave, and it does nothing, what should I do to make it shave my face? I received the product in a simple plastic bag and also included 3 blades and a brush, without operating instructions, the device works well, but does not shave the face, I bought it for shaving and not for haircuts I'm trying to shave and the product doesn't work as I wrote to you, I attached a clip and they still ask for another clip, and another clip My conclusion is that there is no one to talk to on Joom At the end of the day, I threw the machine away. ....

In the video, this glides wonderfully through hair, I have very short hair anyway but thought this would be ideal to take the last little bit off instead of using a Razor. However, although it sounds great it just doesn't cut properly feels like it's pulling my hair out, no matter how slow I go, not forgetting, the video doesn't show you have to go so slow you almost not moving it. Even then it still pulls on the hair. Very disappointing, especially after waiting nearly a month for it. Only positive, if you can call it that, was it wasn't expensive.

A little smaller than expected. But it's a beautiful design and it even interested my autistic brother who now has one of his own. *EDIT* After having charging problems 🥲 I went though the reviews to see if others had the same issue. There was simular of it not working, but I also noticed it never came with a manual 😑. After further inspection, I found the charger port had slipped and I never charged it until this point so my bad for not checking for falts but it's a let down. *EDIT 2* it doesn't work 🙄 I've decided it's faulty. 🤷‍♀️

A ajuns incomplect....nu are încărcător :( lol....în descriere nu este specificat ca în preț nu este inclus încărcătorul.......fix ca plm...pe față este super dar la sub brat și pe PENIS agață ca dracu(m-a făcut praf și am rămas răni la sub brat.....bine ca nu am rămas și pe PENIS cu rani-asta pt că nu am folosit-o prea mult pe PENIS pt că îmi agață pielea PENISULUI).....am oferit o steluța pt cum lucrează pe față
