A descending device with auxiliary brake for indoor and outdoor use for all mountaineers. The hand movements are the same as in a traditional descent system, with both hands on the rope. The fall is stopped by tightening the hand above the open end of the rope. Can be used with single ropes and is ideal for diameters between 8.9 and 10.5 mm.
The rope installation diagram is engraved on the lowering device (inside and outside). Made of stainless steel wear plate, it is highly durable and can withstand intensive use. The progress of the rope feed is well controlled, making it extremely comfortable while descending.
Particularly suitable for learning: Anti-panic handle: If the user pulls the handle too far, the anti-panic feature will brake the descent and stop. There is a selection knob with options for descending mode, top rope, and lead. Top rope descent mode takes up slack and facilitates a more comfortable descent.
