Maybe the product is good, but I won't be able to find out because the attachment is broken into several pieces. Whether it's the poor packaging or the delivery, I don't know. Unfortunately, the item was damaged and unusable. Customer service was excellent, though; I was refunded immediately.
Sits firmly on the tiles in the bathroom and I like it. Thank you for all the parts and I am very satisfied
