Blue I don’t recommend- they are heavy and too wide; I will get rid of them. So about red: Repeat again- quality is very good. They are not heavy,. insole - synthetic foam. Unfortunately the size is small. I wear 38. Ordered 39, but still a bit small. I hope they will wear out and stretch a little; at least half a size I need. Recommend to other customers, but 1,5 size bigger.
