It's broken. Battery inserted DOES NOT WORK. When opening the cutter box, it was completely dismantled, appearing to have received some blow.. The fault has already been corrected, they have put it together and it works, the only thing broken is the PACKAGING, the cardboard box

This is great, it's very gentle and does what it's supposed to do. On first use it did tickle but I soon got used to it and I would recommend it to others.

Doesn't work at all we changed new batteries several times and of course it doesn't work very disappointed
