I ordered a lot of this product because I had already ordered it before and I was delighted, good quality and with a very good thickness. My surprise is that when I received it, neither the quality nor the packaging method with the above was the same. When I complained, they told me that it was a supplier different and what would be different when the photo is the same and on top of that they send it to me as if it were cigarette paper and if I want to return it I have to pay the shipping costs to China

The package was slightly open, I immediately saw that it was not what I expected. Minimum thickness and silver color instead of grey. I immediately contacted customer service for a return which turned out to be way too expensive... I was partially refunded.

The pattern does not match exactly. Beautiful nonetheless. Presented in a roll and arrives completely folded and curled. At such a price🤔🤔🤔 Very very thin... No thickness... No acoustic insulation Disappointing 😢

The picture was in roll form but the delivery was folded. So there are kink marks. Not nice. How can I complain or can I get the item new.
