The tips are not polished to an extreme gloss and they are also pointy and uneven due to bad quality assurance, which can seriously damage the ear if not proceeding with caution

The parts are much smaller than I expected and so thin, so they tickle when you use them. The box is hard to open. But I would recommend it, maybe for parents to use them on their children.

This item was completely missing from my order. There was an empty package in my combined parcel! I think it might have gone adrift during the sorting process.
