It came to me well packaged. The device feels good in the hand and looks great. The massage function when rolling feels good. However, the battery compartment does not close. As soon as you have inserted batteries and moved the scooter, the cover of the battery compartment jumps off and the batteries fall out. Personally, I also find the vibration too strong for the facial area. I like it as a simple manual massage roller, but the electrical function is not functional. Therefore only 3 stars
