Delivery takes place after 21 days. It's really a shame that no attempt was made to protect the roses from damage in transit. More than half of my order is simply crushed flat, 2 thirds have black spots on where the gold coating should be and some also have unsightly indentations on the petals. Can't be brought into shape anymore, disappointing with the large order quantity I would have expected more.👎

The Roses are beautiful but all of them have arrived with broken leaves, the packaging is deficient since being a plastic bag it is continuously exposed to crushing and everything bad that can occur to us. And I ordered them in all colors, not just this color, counting the leaves, they are also missing. all of pity

I'm not at all happy they arrived all crushed ruined I waited a long time but too disappointed they can't be used I want a refund if you want I'll send them back otherwise they go in the trash sorry but I'm too disappointed please I want a refund thanks

Wouldn’t rate it even 1 star if possible. Very disappointed with these as the colour is coming off the petals were distorted and further more damage to the leaf as it’s half detached. Look horrid and cheap because they came squished in a bag instead of being packed adequately!!!
