The goods were so badly packed, or not padded, that the box arrived completely dented. Something inside the mirror is broken, you can hear the part(s) rattling around inside the case. The mirror surfaces have remained intact and the lamp works. Delivery time exactly 1 month to the day. Overall a good product at a good price.
The product came in a package with other fragile products. Of all, only this one is damaged. The box in which it is packed is crushed on all sides. It was definitely like that when it was packed, it doesn't seem to have been damaged during transport. Following the complaint, I was informed that I will receive the counter value of the product. Product received today wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box and wrapped again in another paper but the item is still damaged The LED light works well, however the magnifying glass works very well but received damaged
The mirror looks great and the light is very powerful. Although the package arrived damaged and the product looks used because it is scratched in several places. After talking to joom and showing them the photos, they gave me a solution.
