Regarding an order from you - I ordered 30 pieces of 18mm magnets last month and received all of them without the fixing parts. Today I placed another order and I want to ask if it's possible to include those missing parts (30) in it because the magnets are of no use to you without them, and I have nothing to do with the magnets without those parts.

Unfortunately I would like to point out that all the magnets are striped. This is because they are mixed in the packs and unjoined (male and female) . Therefore I request either the replacement of the product or the refund. Thanks for collaboration.

A good and reliable magnetic closure system. It has to be mounted on a stiffer material, otherwise the legs can tear off, even tearing the fabric (I had this happen with a handbag).

Delighted, no fasteners again. I already don't know who to order from to get what I need. They reimbursed me for the missing part, thank you
