I expected it bigger and it surprised me. I had one of this style and it is not even similar. Its texture is not as hard as I expected, but that does not mean that it does not look like what was in the photos. For me I consider it very soft. The cover is soft and comfortable. Just like in the photo, although I thought it was bigger but of course that is difficult to perceive.

Received yesterday. I've been using orthocervical pillows forever... But this night I had to replace it with my biggest and most comfortable pillows. It gave me headaches. In the package the pillow was folded in two, and the fold cannot be removed in the center.

No photo taken as I forgot. All in all OK, a star deduction because it's a bit too thin for me personally when lying down, but it should only be a replacement if I wash my real one and that's why it's in.
