Package received yesterday, one assumes that the balloons are there and that the ribbons with the hearts are on it, is not the case. I have to go buy balloons now and one has a handicraft hour. And the ribbon is a simple tinsel which is very fast if you travel you should take fishing rods or gift ribbon

One thinks that the balloons are included because it says so above, but no, it came without balloons the cord travels really fast so just rubbish

I thought they were balloons but in fact they are balloons and heart

Received but only shiny thread and pendant, no balloon
