There are two types of switches: "Boil mode" and "Stew mode". You can switch to your desired temperature using touch operations. ■When boiling (Boil mode) ■① Set the temperature using the "Boil button" on the operation panel. Each time you touch the Boil button, you can select the temperature by repeating 45℃→60℃→100℃→45℃... Select your desired temperature, the LED will flash 7 times, then turn solid and start operating. ② When the set temperature is reached, a "beep beep, beep beep" sound will be heard and the operation will automatically stop. The LED will flash the set temperature and the Boil button. ■For stew (Stew mode) ■① Set the time using the "Stew button" on the operation panel. Each time you touch the Stew button, you can select the time by repeating 10 minutes → 40 minutes → 70 minutes → 10 minutes... Select your preferred time, the LED will flash 7 times, then turn solid and start driving. The temperature in Stew mode is only 100℃. The time is the time after reaching 100℃. ② When the set time is reached, a "beep beep, beep beep" sound will be heard and the operation will stop automatically. The LED will flash for the set time and the Stew button. *If you want to cancel the set operation, press and hold the "Boil button" or "Stew button" for more than 2 seconds to return to standby mode and set again. By combining heat retention and reheating, it is also convenient when you want to enjoy a meal for a long time, such as watching a movie or as a companion for an evening drink.
