It fails to connect to the router. I asked a qualified technician to install it for me, after numerous attempts he concluded that it is faulty. This is the second one I ordered, I am satisfied with the first one, it works fine, but this one has problems

Tried to configure several times via mobile and also via laptop but wifi never connects to internet. Update: After retying several times managed to connect and extend wifi. Signal is acceptable.
