How to work with self-adhesive
Clean the surface of dirt and grease and wipe dry. Make sure that there are no small dust particles, grains of sand, fabric villi.
Defects are better to putty. Porous surfaces (laminated chipboard, wood, plywood) - sand or paint.
Cut the material to size with a margin of 2-3 cm. Unfold the film over the surface to be glued and fix (it's better to ask someone to hold).
Peel off 6-10 cm of the backing, wrap and fold it under the decorative layer. Using a squeegee, glue this section of the film from the middle to the edges.. It is important to do it evenly and without wrinkles.. Next, gradually bending and smoothing from the center to the edges into a stretch, glue the entire film.
A small crease can be smoothed out with a hair dryer.
If air bubbles have formed, you need to carefully pierce them and expel the air into the resulting hole.
