Terrible customer service, they leave you an automatic message saying that they will resolve it shortly and lies, they give you the runaround until your 14 days of return are up to tell you that the time to return has passed, but before confirming they tell you that the shipping costs are your responsibility. So terrible!! I will never buy from Joom again. Nor do I recommend buying here... Better SHEIN!! They are more decisive and they make things clear from the article, you already know if you buy with shipping, if it can be returned or not.
