Ordering a 39 which is ik size 5 gold platform and white & silver ( as above) I've ordered before & were great last time as I have Multiple sclorosis. Both shoes and a few .. other items have came too small ... point being if the seller asks me to show I can't .. can't afford these thing just to lie in a wardrobe ... I'm done with Joom unless they can either send me the proper six or refund me! I buy items every day, for instance white & red NYC Came in differant material & sizes as black....
