It was too large

The product was supposed to be waterproof after putting it on and walking around for 10 minutes after the rain, it gets wet, and now the team responsible for solving returns issues suggests that everything is fine, not only is the product too large for L, but also the length is for a person 185 cm tall.. I won't order anything from Joom again if it took so much time with them before and now it has changed.
