Last week I received my order but was really disappointed with the fan because all day charging but not working if I is not connected to the plug.I naught this an because my mother naught one exactly like it and she is very happy with it so I bought one same as hers.But mine is damaged.Please can you send another one pls because I am really disappointed 😞

It works very well. Had a small crack in the battery placement but doesn't affect performance or looks since it is covered. Also batteries aren't included.
