Why was my account blocked?
Coolbe reserves the right to terminate the service to you if you violate any legal regulations or the Terms of Use. Here are some examples of such violations:
- Using stolen bank cards to pay for orders on our platform.
- Violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties (e.g. use of third-party images, trademarks, etc. without permission).
- Providing false information to the support team – for example, photo and video evidence edited in special programs in order to receive a refund.
- The percentage of returns and/or refunds of items exceeds half of the total number and/or value of orders on the platform.
Once your account on our platform is blocked, you will no longer be able to place new orders or use your bonus points, but you can still:
- Access your authorized user account
- View your orders
- Leave reviews on your orders
- Write to support
- Request refunds and returns
